Bath Minibar was opened in June, 2008 with the idea of offering Bath residents and visitors the best of Spanish cuisine in the form of modern tapas dishes. Only the freshest seasonal ingredients from Spain and local farmers and fishermen are used in our menu.
Our resident chef, Alexander Grant was brought up in Spain and is a graduate of Salvador Gallego’s Michelin starred restaurant and academy just outside Madrid.
Minibar has a comprehensive wine list which includes Spanish cavas, champagnes and a very comprehensive selection of cocktails and Spanish premium beers.
The Minibar is an ideal place for a romantic meal or for people hurrying to the theatre or to business meetings, as all dishes can be prepared and served in 10 minutes at the most.
